1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing casin.bar, creating an account, or using any feature of the casin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect at the moment you complete account registration.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. All three documents form part of the overall agreement between you and casin.

2Eligibility

The casin platform is intended solely for use by individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You are not accessing casin on behalf of another person.
• You are not acting as an agent or employee of any competitor or gaming-related entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction in force at casin.

casin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and pending withdrawals held until the verification process is completed.

3Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one casin account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed upon discovery. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. This information must be truthful and current. Providing false details during registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for account closure.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include a PhilSys national ID, UMID, SSS/GSIS card, driver's licence, or valid passport. KYC verification is a one-time process unless casin requires re-verification due to a change in your circumstances or a compliance requirement.

OTP verification is required for account login from new or unrecognised devices and for all financial transactions. This is a security measure to protect your account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the casin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted. casin does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency. Supported deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer, online and mobile banking, and local e-wallets.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has cleared through the relevant payment channel. casin is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. casin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

5Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the casin platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are independent and cannot be predicted. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed in each game's paytable represent long-run theoretical returns across millions of game rounds — individual session outcomes will differ.

You agree to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game or platform function.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display errors for financial gain. Winnings arising from a clearly identified error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games such as poker.
• Any form of fraud, including chargeback abuse or misrepresentation of identity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.

casin reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is reasonable evidence of rule violations or fraudulent activity. Decisions made by casin in such cases are final.

6Bonuses and Promotions

casin may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where bonus terms are not specified, casin's standard bonus conditions apply.

7Responsible Gaming

• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You have registered more than one account.
• Required by any applicable law or regulation.

On account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to casin — including bonus-related obligations — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the outcome of any pending investigations.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the casin platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, logos, user interface designs, and underlying code — is the property of casin or its licensed content providers. Access to the platform is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. Any other use requires explicit written consent from casin.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, casin's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your casin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

casin is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from platform use.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party system outages beyond casin's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits casin's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by casin's own negligence.

12Changes to These Terms
